Alexis Eddy - Famous for MTV "Are You The One?" - found dead in West Virginia ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement officials told TMZ ... police called a woman who had a heart attack right before 7 am Thursday morning. We were told that no fraud was suspected, but the authorities were still waiting for the toxicology report to determine the cause of death.
Alexis, from West Virginia, is a contestant on a reality show in 2017, and he mocks his character and background at home, revealing in front of the camera his cousin is a cursed killer.
A family member reported that Alexis returned to his mother's house on Wednesday evening around 11 pm and seemed to be fine. Other family members found it ... and they believe they are still conscious.
In October 2019, Alexis announced that he was engaged, but it seemed that the engagement had just ended.

Alexis is very open on social media about his struggle against drug abuse ... but recently until the end of September he said that he and his father were both clean and conscious.
